Business & management consulting - To help organizations improve their performance and efficiency.
-
Business owners should consider hiring business consultants when they need help or perspective on their chosen path or a catalyst for change in their companies.
-
-
Individual-level consultation - Many high-level, very successful executives hire consultants to help them sustain their effectiveness and improve in particular areas as they take on new roles.
-
For example, as managers become executives, they must focus more on strategy and less on the day-to-day management of the organization.
-
The overall focus is on enhancing success, not fixing problems.
